Chromebooks

Ridgeland High School is happy to have a one-to-one Chromebook program for our students.  At the beginning of the school year, each student is issued a Chromebook to be used for the school year.  Students are responsible for the care and maintenance of the Chromebook.  Any loss or damage will be assessed using the following prices.  These prices are current as of August 10, 2023 and will be updated as prices fluctuate.  Any damages assessed prior to August 10, 2023 would use the previous pricing model.  

• Device Replacement:  $300 (includes device and charger)
• Device Replacement (if charger is returned in working order):  $275
• Charger Replacement:  $25
• Screen Replacement:  $35
• Keyboard/Bottom Case Replacement: $40

Any damage to the Chromebook will be assessed, and charges will need to be paid before the Chromebook is returned to the student.  Any damage that is not listed in the price list above will be determined by the technology department.
