Principal's Message:

Welcome to Panther Nation!

It is a great privilege to lead the students, staff, and families of Ridgeland. As a 2001 graduate of Ridgeland, I can confidently say that this community has been an integral and invaluable part of my life. Being able to serve here is an honor that I do not take lightly!

At Ridgeland you will find a community that embraces five core values: service, unity, resilience, growth, and excellence. Students are challenged to exemplify these values in each aspect of their day from academics to extracurriculars. We believe that when students are connected to the school community they are more likely to invest in their own learning. This investment pays off when they graduate high school and are ready for college, ready for work, and ready for life. 

Ask teachers what they love about Ridgeland and they will most likely tell you it's the students. Ask students what they love about Ridgeland and they will most likely tell you it's the teachers. Relationships are essential for success. At Ridgeland you will find that we strive to develop meaningful relationships with students both with staff members and community members. We believe that our success as a school is directly impacted by the support and input of all stakeholders. If you would like to be involved in our school community, we welcome you.
